Freedom Wings guided relationship program

Relationship Skills & Repair

Understand the pattern between you, communicate more clearly, and practice the skills that make repair and reconnection possible—without assigning one partner the role of “the problem.”

The free assessment is the starting point, not the whole course.

It becomes the first activity inside the guided program while remaining freely available to anyone who simply needs a thoughtful place to begin.

The course then adds teaching, video and recorded guidance from Cassandra, printable exercises, practice between sessions, and one scheduled live teaching and question-and-answer session each week.

Six guided parts, built to work together.

The program follows a clear path while leaving room for participants to slow down, repeat a practice, or seek individual support when needed.

01

Your Starting Point

Complete the Relationship Starting-Point Assessment privately, identify the immediate concern, and clarify what meaningful improvement would look like.

Assessment · safety and freedom · priorities
02

Communication That Does Not Add More Hurt

Learn a clear sequence for slowing the conversation down, speaking from your own experience, listening to understand, and making workable requests.

Communication guide · listening practice · clear requests
03

The Pattern Between You

Map the trigger, the meaning each person makes, the emotion and body response, the protective move, and what happens next.

Repeating cycle map · protective responses · shared pattern
04

Boundaries, Pausing, and Returning

Practice staying connected to yourself, recognizing overwhelm, taking a responsible pause, and returning when the conversation can be safer and more useful.

Boundary practice · pause plan · nervous-system regulation
05

Repair and Reconnection

Learn how to acknowledge impact, take responsibility without taking ownership of what is not yours, and begin rebuilding trust through consistent repair.

Rupture and repair · accountability · connection practice
06

Integration and Next Steps

Choose the practices that matter most, identify what still needs attention, and create a realistic plan for continuing the work beyond the program.

Personal commitments · shared practices · next-step plan

One program. Two guided paths.

01

Within couples therapy

Cassandra selects the exercises that fit the couple rather than requiring every module. Communication and stabilization may come first; attachment, Younger-Self, somatic, or deeper pattern work can be added when relevant.

02

As a guided course

A small guided cohort with weekly teaching, guided practice, and question-and-answer support. It offers structured relationship education and does not replace individualized therapy when more support is needed.

More than a stack of worksheets.

The final course is being designed to help people actually use the material, not download it and forget which folder swallowed it.

This Guided Journey is not appropriate when there is current coercive control, intimidation, fear of retaliation, or physical violence.

Individual support and safety planning should come first. The starting-point assessment includes questions about freedom, fear, retaliation, coercion, and harm so the next step can be chosen responsibly.

Your starting point is ready now.

Complete the free assessment privately. Nothing is automatically submitted to Freedom Wings or shared with your partner.
