Licensed Professional Counselor

Your mind may understand the pattern while your body is still holding the story.

You may feel stuck in patterns your mind understands but your body will not release. Trauma, chronic stress, and early relational wounds can live in the nervous system as anxiety, numbness, shutdown, or a sense of disconnection from yourself.

Cassandra specializes in trauma-informed, mind-body healing. She integrates EMDR, clinical hypnotherapy, somatic and inner child work, experiential approaches, EFT tapping, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy when clinically appropriate.

Rather than managing symptoms alone, therapy focuses on understanding and processing what is happening at its roots, restoring safety and regulation, and helping the mind and body work together toward meaningful, lasting change.

Meet Cassandra beyond the bio.

An introductory video is coming soon. Check back to hear directly from Cassandra about her approach, Freedom Wings, and what beginning therapy together may feel like.

Healing begins with safety, not pressure.

Healing is not about forcing yourself to push through or “get over it.” It is about creating enough safety for the parts of you that learned to survive long ago to finally be heard, understood, and supported.

Root-focused

We look beneath the symptom to understand the experiences, beliefs, relationships, and protective patterns shaping what is happening now.

Mind and body together

Sessions may use talk therapy alongside experiential, somatic, hypnotic, or trauma-processing approaches tailored to your needs.

At your pace

You are not pushed into disclosure or intensity before you are ready. The work is collaborative, respectful, and responsive to you.

Your struggle does not define you.

The focus is understanding the story beneath what you are experiencing, not reducing you to a diagnosis or list of concerns.
