More than symptom management
You may feel stuck in patterns your mind understands but your body will not release. Trauma, chronic stress, and early relational wounds can live in the nervous system as anxiety, numbness, shutdown, or a sense of disconnection from yourself.
Cassandra specializes in trauma-informed, mind-body healing. She integrates EMDR, clinical hypnotherapy, somatic and inner child work, experiential approaches, EFT tapping, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy when clinically appropriate.
Rather than managing symptoms alone, therapy focuses on understanding and processing what is happening at its roots, restoring safety and regulation, and helping the mind and body work together toward meaningful, lasting change.

How Cassandra works
Healing is not about forcing yourself to push through or “get over it.” It is about creating enough safety for the parts of you that learned to survive long ago to finally be heard, understood, and supported.
We look beneath the symptom to understand the experiences, beliefs, relationships, and protective patterns shaping what is happening now.
Sessions may use talk therapy alongside experiential, somatic, hypnotic, or trauma-processing approaches tailored to your needs.
You are not pushed into disclosure or intensity before you are ready. The work is collaborative, respectful, and responsive to you.
Who Cassandra supports
The focus is understanding the story beneath what you are experiencing, not reducing you to a diagnosis or list of concerns.
Cassandra guides each person through an individualized healing process shaped around the person, not the diagnosis. She also understands the particular strain carried by those who help and serve, who often give so much of themselves that their own care is pushed aside.
Experience and training
Cassandra earned her Master of Science from the University of Arkansas and brings 10 years of experience to her work. Her continued training reflects the integrative care at the heart of Freedom Wings.
When you are ready
Cassandra offers a compassionate place to reconnect with yourself, work through unresolved experiences, and move toward greater clarity, balance, connection, and freedom.
