Clinical Hypnotherapy

Focused Within. Moving Forward.

Clinical hypnotherapy combines focused attention, relaxation, imagery, and therapeutic suggestion to support meaningful goals within a safe, collaborative process.

Focused Attention & Relaxation

Clinical hypnotherapy uses guided relaxation and focused attention to help you become more absorbed in an experience while remaining aware and in control. It is not sleep, mind control, or a loss of choice.

Stress & Nervous-System Regulation

Breath, imagery, sensory language, and relaxation may be used to help reduce internal noise, support regulation, and strengthen access to calmer internal resources.

Cravings & Behavior Change

Hypnotherapy may support goals related to cravings, habits, and unwanted patterns by exploring the beliefs, associations, emotions, and protective functions connected to the behavior, then reinforcing healthier responses.

Reframing Patterns

Guided imagery, metaphor, and therapeutic suggestion may help loosen limiting beliefs and strengthen more adaptive ways of thinking, feeling, and responding.

Inner Resources & Confidence

Sessions may help you reconnect with remembered strengths, desired feelings, supportive imagery, and internal resources that can be carried into daily life.

An Individualized Process

There is no single script for every person. Cassandra considers your goals, comfort, readiness, sensory preferences, and clinical needs when shaping the session.

You remain in control throughout hypnosis and may speak, pause, or stop at any time. It is clinical therapy, not a parlor trick, and Cassandra cannot make you do anything you do not want to do. No involuntary chicken clucking required.

Hypnotherapy is used only when it is clinically appropriate and aligned with your goals.
